AI Winter School "AI in Higher Education and Research: Challenges for Legal Science"

The Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw invites students, PhD candidates, and academic staff to participate in the international AI Winter School “AI in Higher Education and Research: Challenges for Legal Science”, which will take place on 8–15 February 2026 in Warsaw, Poland.

The Winter School is implemented under the NAWA SPINAKER programme and is financed by the European Social Fund.

The programme focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on higher education and academic research, with a particular emphasis on legal science. All classes will be conducted in English by an international team of academic instructors from the University of Warsaw and leading universities worldwide.

Participants:

  • International Participants: Apply for one of 20 full scholarships covering tuition, round-trip international travel, and accommodation.

  • Polish Participants: Apply for the tuition-free track, gaining full access to the program and all materials at no cost.

Applicants are required to: demonstrate English language proficiency (minimum B2 level); show a clear interest in the subject matter of the Winter School; present an outstanding academic record and strong academic or professional development potential.
