In a globalized world, law and the work of lawyers are significantly affected by cultural differences of stakeholders and actors. Based on studies developed in behavioral science and management science, this seminar explains what cultural diversity means for legal work and what action should be taken to address potential risks arising out of multi-cultural settings.
