Special PhD Seminar: Global Perspectives in Legal Research

The seminar will be attended by the following participants:
Ruizhe Cheng, a PhD researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Groningen. Her research centers on algorithmic management on digital labour platforms and the occupational safety and health of platform workers.
Yutong HOU, a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interest includes private international law and AI law.
Lu Tao, a doctoral student majoring in human rights law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law (China). Her main research direction is the United Nations human rights mechanism.
Each participant will present their ongoing research in a 15-minute session, followed by a Q&A. The seminar offers a valuable opportunity to foster dialogue across legal systems and academic traditions and build meaningful academic connections
